How to Enter the Giveaway

We Want to hear your love story

To enter, submit a short video telling us about your engagement and what makes your relationship special. This is your chance to be creative, real, and fully yourselves — no fancy editing required.

How to submit:

  • Post your video on Instagram and add us as collablorator @redlandfarmlife

    OR

  • Email your video directly to events@redlandfarmlife.com

That’s it! Once submitted, your entry will be reviewed and considered for our giveaway.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Contest is open to engaged couples who are 18 years or older at the time of entry.

  • Couple must be engaged. Not soon to be engaged or married already

  • Wedding date must be available on the venue’s calendar.

  • Contest is void where prohibited by law.

  • Employees, contractors, or immediate family members of the venue are not eligible to participate.

  • Only one entry per couple is allowed.

  • Incomplete, fraudulent, or duplicate entries will be disqualified.

  • The contest begins on February 1 and ends on February 26. Entry deadline is February 15

  • Entries submitted after the deadline will not be considered.

  • The prize consists of complimentary use of the wedding venue for one (1) event.

  • The prize includes venue space only unless otherwise specified.

  • The prize does not include:

    • Catering

    • Bar services

    • Décor

    • Rentals

    • Staffing

    • Entertainment

    • Photography or videography

    • Planning or coordination services

  • All services must be booked through the venue list of participating vendors. Booking of these services is done separately and is subject to standard pricing.

  • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

  • The prize may not be sold, gifted, or assigned to another couple.

  • The winning couple must sign the venue’s standard event contract.

  • All venue rules, policies, capacity limits, noise ordinances, and local laws apply.

  • A security deposit may still be required and will be refundable per venue policy.

  • If the couple cancels, the prize is forfeited and may not be reassigned.

  • Rescheduling is subject to availability and venue approval.
